POSTPALS turns real science from the world’s leading institutions into year-long adventures for kids. Each month, your Explorer gets a postcard in the mail that unlocks a new digital Quest built on real research, real data and real stories.

It’s our first Adventure, created with OCEARCH, the nonprofit that tracks sharks around the world. Over 12 monthly Quests, your Explorer follows real tagged sharks like Mary Lee and Breton. Along the way they learn about migration, anatomy, habitat and conservation. A portion of every subscription supports OCEARCH’s research.

Quests are built for Explorers ages 5 to 10. They’re challenging and fun, never scary, and you’re there as the Navigator to help whenever it’s needed.

The OCEARCH Adventure is $19.50 a month, or $214.50 a year (that’s one month free), per Explorer. Each additional Explorer in your family gets 15% off, plus their own Explorer Kit and monthly mail.

Anytime. Your Explorer Kit arrives once, at the start, with a fold-out tracking map, stickers and a first postcard from Mary Lee. After that, a new postcard arrives every month, introducing a new shark and unlocking a new Quest.

Yes. The OCEARCH Adventure is ad-free, COPPA-aligned and managed by parents. All content is written and reviewed ahead of time, and there are no open chat features. You’ll also get email updates on your Explorer’s progress throughout the year.

Absolutely. Before any mail or Quests begin, we’ll confirm permission with the recipient’s parent or legal guardian.

You can update your details or cancel anytime from your Account Portal. Monthly plans stop billing right away, and your Explorer continues through the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable, but your Explorer keeps receiving every Quest through the end of the year.

It happens in three steps: Onboard, Configure and Scale. Your team shares its research, data and brand assets. Our platform turns them into postcards, Quests, quizzes and games. Then we launch together with co-marketing that turns engagement into new, recurring revenue. Most partnerships go live in 4 to 6 weeks.

Your team does. Every Quest and postcard passes our Science Lock before it ships. That means three sign-offs: Science (the facts are confirmed), Brand (it sounds like your institution) and Education (it teaches something real). If any one of them isn’t approved, it doesn’t ship.

No. POSTPALS runs a fully branded subscriber portal that handles billing, delivery, renewals and gifting from start to finish. Your team never touches logistics.
